For the rough MTB off-road use, the PTN GRAVEL Sport to the new ASPHALT road bike specific PTN.

The journey to serial production has taken over 3 years of development. Countless tests with

professionals and trials in our own test laboratory characterize the new ASPHALT tubeless tire inserts

with the renowned quality of the PTN product line.

ASPHALT

The tubeless tire inserts are made of a lightweight, specially developed foam whose structure adapts

dimensionally to the air pressure. As a result, smooth running and rolling resistance are positively

influenced, and in the event of insufficient air pressure, such as a flat tire, the dynamic foam

structure in the tire takes over a progressive volume compensation and thus allows a moderate

continuation in run-flat mode. For more details, please refer to the instruction manual.

MAIN FEATURES:

1. Lightweight, closed-cell special material inserts, available in 3 sizes for road tubeless tires from 23 mm to 32 mm. Air valves Lufty2 are available in 3 lengths 47 mm, 60 mm, 80 mm.
2. It stabilizes the tire, provides greater riding safety, and protects the rim even at a very low orinsufficient air pressure. It also allows you to continue riding in run-flat mode. For moredetails, please refer to the instruction manual.
3. It can be used with any tubeless tire sealant. The foam does not absorb sealant.
4. The package includes 2 single ASPHALT tire inserts, a set (2pcs) of Lufty2 special tubeless air in 47mm.

5. The instructions simplify the installation of our ASPHALT tire inserts. However, it requires

experience and expertise since it is ultimately safety-relevant bicycle parts.
